Eyebrows

This childhood image shows me as I was for many years: without eyebrows.

Maybe that's why I like to draw 'em so much now. I really enjoyed drawing this luxurious pair, for instance:

Isn't it nice how they swirl across his forehead?

I'm going to Chicago this weekend, Reader. I won't be back until Wednesday. In the meantime, please enjoy this triumvirate of pastes from my bathroom:

The middle tube works the best.

  2. I think your eyebrows have really come into their own since that charming photo. In fact, they are full enough now to be included in coffee shop portraits of you.

  3. Mateo Mead, which word do you like better: "tube" or "paste"?

Thank you for the kind words, Brian!

  4. Definitely "tube." It reminds me of the word "node."

  5. But doesn't "paste" remind you of "moist"?

  6. Which would you rather touch with a finger:

a moist tube or a node of paste? a moist paste node?
or a moist tube of paste?

Oh, I've got it. A moist, pastey tube of nodes.
